Zap Logistics, a prominent logistics company based in Akure, Nigeria, aimed to improve their mobile app's user experience to better serve their clients in the transport and delivery sector. The existing app faced challenges with poor navigation and a cluttered interface, leading to decreased user engagement and satisfaction. The goal of this project was to redesign the app with a focus on an intuitive interface, increased efficiency, and streamlined features, ultimately enhancing the overall user experience.
